This class is designed to support your team in implementing mindful modalities of healing to release stress, angst and promote the mental and holistic wellbeing of your team.
The sixty minutes sessions include breathwork, meditation, hatha yoga, and chair yoga with a heart focus to boost wellbeing and boost team performance.
All sessions are live on zoom, we organised the session and can be joined from any device whether the team is onsite or remote.
All participants need to bring is their water bottle and comfortable clothes to join the sessions.
